Biden 5. Harts delayed their vote. The judge yesterday said that those who oppose the drive throughs had no standing to bring a lawsuit. Four republicans argued state Election Code in Harris County does not allow drive through voting. They claim that its the same as curbside voting, which is only allowed for people with disabilities.
