BEDKOT, July 30: The local people of Kutiyakabar of Dodhara Chandani Municipality-10 in Kanchanpur district are terrified when it rains. So much so that they have spent many sleepless nights due to the fear of being swept away by the flooded Mahakali and Jogbudha rivers, said a local Khadke Budha.
