Three People Killed and one taken to the hospital in the bustle will ton section overnight. Police suspect that drag racing may have been the cause here. Eyewitness News Reporter justin finch is live at the scene, justin, what can you tell us. Reporter nicole, police tell us overnight they had tough task of net filing loved ones of the victims of the crash. The as we mentioned we do know there are four of them one now in the hospital recovering from their injuries as best as they can. That is the car here just behind us here. It appears to be two but it is one split in half by the force of this crash. Lets as take to you video this was an acura tl late 2,000s model car traveling on sandmeyer lane at the high rate have of speed police say when he struck a tree and split in two. The contractors parking lot is where that car came to a rest. Authorities had to cut the car opened to retrieve three of the victims, one had already been eject. Now, so far it appears that the car lost control, right where sanmeyer bend, if you know it, just above red lion road. Again here we have three ted on the scene, two females and one male and one survivor, now in the hospital. The ages range from late teens we are told to early 20s and it is unclear at this time if a second car played a role in this crash. Or if this was a case of drag racing nevertheless police say it is a remind are for parents of the Young Drivers to have a talk about safety, lets take a listen. It is why it is very important for parents to speak to kid especially driving these young teenagers to pay attention, when you are out here driving on the road, texting doing those things that people tend to do when they are driving. Attorney zane david who laid out his case begins congressman fattah. Fattah and his associates engaged in the cover up lasting years in an effort to avoid detection. The congress man who went to washington in 1995 is accused of borrowing a milliondollar from a wealthy supporter and only paying some have of it back, using money and federal grants from a Nonprofit Charity that he runs. As he met with residents in Northern Liberties last night to help neighbors feel safe to help them train talk to them about ways to prevent a crime. Reporter improving Community Relation relations and making neighbors feel safe was focus of the District Attorneys Community Walk through Northern Liberties on wednesday. He was shaking hands and talking to neighbors. What happened in ferguson, what happened in Staten Island and in baltimore we dont want to it happen in philadelphia and it doesnt happen by just reacting when there is a a crisis. We are trying to be a presence in fail in all of our communities every day. Reporter d. A.
