Ladies Night Out back this year in Sault The Sault News SAULT STE. MARIE — Despite COVID-19, downtown retailers and restaurants invite the public to Ladies Night Out from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday. This shopping event has reached its fifth year, but like many events, experienced a year off in 2020. 17 retailers and restaurants along Ashmun Street and Portage Avenue will be involved this year along with several additional businesses that have contributed to raffle items that shoppers will have the opportunity to win. “Everyone is welcome to participate in this event and we encourage anyone interested in an evening of shopping and dining to come out and support downtown businesses,” said Kayla Nicholson, director of the Sault’s Downtown Development Authority.
