[Plan] Xfinity Stream service for Internet accounts? Last year added Xfinity Flex to our internet account. Recently the box has started showing Xfinity Stream as an available app. However, it doesn't load when selected saying must call Comcast. Talking with the CSR was told it's only available with TV service on the account and a new Flex box would be required (note: I am able to access Xfinity Stream on my laptop). I always thought one of the features of using smart boxes would be that they could figure out what was and wasn't available and the code could be updated. I'm not sure I'm getting correct information from the "script readers" on the phone.
