Article content A peer-review team hired by a committee of Oxford County politicians says a draft study prepared in support of a proposed mega-dump near Ingersoll is flawed. After months of analyzing the provincially required report from Walker Environmental, the team is recommending that the joint municipal co-ordinating committee — made up of representatives from Zorra Township, South-West Oxford Township, Ingersoll and Oxford County – wholly reject the draft environmental assessment. More importantly, the team is urging the province’s Environment Ministry to also reject the report unless its deficiencies are addressed. We apologize, but this video has failed to load.
