Lane restrictions for section of Airport Expressway The Journal Gazette Airport Expressway between Coverdale and Smith roads will have lane restrictions in the eastbound lane from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 5 p.m. Thursday during road construction, the Allen County Highway Department said today.
