The Criminal Defence Lawyer who represented a now-convicted murderer who was sentenced last Friday to 29 years and 11 months in prison, for the April 2019 brutal killing of Twenty-Three-year-old Mt Craven resident Kurt Fraser, said he is not satisfied with the judge’s ruling and would seek redress at the Court of Appeal.
 Speaking to the Grenada Informer shortly after the Court’s decision, handed down by Madam Justice Paula Gilford on Friday against convicted man Hesten “Bolo” Mark, Defense Lawyer Jerry Edwin said his dissatisfaction with the judge’s ruling hinges on the fact, that the Judge used thirty years as her starting point, in determining the sentence rather than fifteen years as is normally the case for manslaughter convictions.
