Lee Nursing Students Send Cards To Community Friday, March 12, 2021 - by Eliza Souers, Lee University Making the cards are senior nursing students, from left, Emily Wimpelberg, Marah Mussro, Shekinah Miranda, and Natalie Moyer Lee University School of Nursing students created and delivered handmade cards for residents and staff at Legacy Village, Tennova Healthcare, and CHI Memorial Hospital. According to Kathleen Rose, assistant professor of nursing at Lee, the students made valentine’s and encouragement cards to celebrate the holiday and show support and care and delivered them to residents and healthcare workers at Legacy Village in Cleveland, an assisted living facility.
