Legislative committee to consider housing changes, Yolo Bypass program, state recall FAIRFIELD — An update on the recall campaign of Gov. Gavin Newsom and consideration of legislation that would allow apartment complexes near transit routes and fourplexes in many zones previously dedicated to single-family homes will be taken up Monday by the Solano County Legislative Committee. The committee, comprised of Supervisors Erin Hannigan and John Vasquez, also will consider for recommendation a bill that would “establish the Yolo Bypass Cache Slough Partnership Multibenefit Program to support the development and implementation of projects within the Yolo Bypass and Cache Slough region.” Federal and state updates from the county lobbyists also will be heard.
