Letter to the Editor: A time for change Jeff Levine I am voting for Natalie Schlegel for Goodnow Library Trustee at the March 29 town election. She is an experienced manager in a broad-based university environment who is capable of evaluating issues that concern multiple stakeholders and working to best meet the needs of these stakeholders. She is an independent thinker and not easily swayed by emotion or agendas. She is the right person at this time to work through the controversies surrounding the Goodnow Library to best serve the Sudbury community as a whole. The Goodnow Library Trustees have lost their way and need new blood to address some serious issues facing the Library. Many people are very confused as to why the trustees severed relations with the Friends of the Goodnow Library. The Friends, over the past 10 years alone, have supported the library with thousands of volunteer man-hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars in financial support. The Friends have been pillars of the library for more than 30 years, but have now been discarded.
