Ryan Roslansky has been LinkedIn's CEO since June, succeeding the company's former leader, Jeff Weiner.
In this op-ed, Roslansky shares what he's learned the first six months of being CEO and leading the company through a pandemic.
Roslansky uses tools like Glint to conduct surveys and get feedback, makes a real effort to create community at all-hands meetings, and has prioritized mental health.
He says being flexible for a virtual workforce is important and has recently implemented no meeting days and adjusted meetings to accommodate time-zone differences.
