By: News 9 Guys & Dolls Performance Friday, Eighth through 12th-grade students from the Sooner Theatre of Norman will be center stage for their performance of "Guys and Dolls." There will be performances through Sunday. Both live stream and in-person tickets are available for $15. SWOSU Commencement Southwestern Oklahoma State University will have in-person graduation ceremonies for 2020 and 2021 graduates. University officials said ceremonies will be April 30 through May 2 at the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
