Lions and Kiwanis team up for food donation project Collections dropped off at three sites in county FREMONT - The Fremont Lions and Kiwanis Club carried over their joint service project into April on Tuesday, as the two groups collected nonperishable food items for the Sandusky County Food Pantry and Pontifex Inc. Donna Thatcher, vice president of the Lions Club, said the project started in March with residents driving through and dropping off food and monetary donations at four sites in the county.
