'All clear' declared for entire NMI - Saipan Tribune : vimar

After conducting an assessment of the damage done by Super Typhoon Mawar and with guidance from the National Weather Service based off Guam, Gov. Arnold I. Palacios has called off all tropical storm conditions for Saipan and Tinian and declared an all clear. Meanwhile Typhoon conditions have been cancelled for Rota but the island has yet to receive an “all clear” declaration.
