Local chefs start #MauiEatLocal for economy, health : Maui Now

When seven new fast-food companies opened in Kahului and Wailuku this summer, local chefs took notice.  Local chefs banded together, forming #MauiEatLocal, a movement that encourages dining out at local restaurants.
