FILE A Bahamian businessman has written to Prime Minister Dr. Hubert Minnis expressing his “displeasure and disappointment” that the government “took a different route” after his group shared its concept for inter-island cruise services. The Bahamian group is asking to meet with the prime minister on the matter after the government went with a proposal from a foreign group. In a letter to Minnis yesterday, Aaron “Kiki” Knowles, on behalf of Bahamas Inter-Island Cruises, stated that, “I am writing to express my displeasure and disappointment over the recent announcement by Crystal Cruise Lines to operate inter-island cruise passenger services from the Port of Nassau.”
