Local News Briefs: Newcomerstown pool to open next month

Newcomerstown pool opening for season
NEWCOMERSTOWN - The Newcomerstown Pool at Cy Young Park will officially open for the season over Memorial Day weekend.
Daily general admission is $5. Pre-sale prices through May 21 are $50 for an individual in-district pass, $140 for a family in-district pass, $60 for an individual out of district pass and $150 for a family out of district pass.  
COVID-19 pandemic protocols will be observed. This includes 45 minutes of swim time per hour, followed by 15 minutes of cleaning. Adult swim is from 11 a.m. to noon daily with regular hours noon to 5 p.m. Family nights will be from 5 to 9 p.m. every Thursday.
