Lompoc Unified School District LOMPOC, Calif. -- Lompoc Unified School District will continue their hybrid learning for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. With less than 30 days left of school, the district decided to continue the hybrid in-person/virtual model at their schools. “The immense planning that went into the development of the master schedules, busing schedules, and formation of all the cohorts is much appreciated. With there being fewer than 30 school days left in the school year, the disruption that would be caused by changing the schedules yet again would not be what is best for students or staff,” said Nancy Schuler Jones, LUSD Board Vice President.
