Lowcountry school sets world record with cereal boxes (Source: Beaufort County School District) By WTOC Staff | April 5, 2021 at 8:26 PM EDT - Updated April 5 at 8:26 PM BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - A Lowcountry elementary school just set a Guinness World Record for most cereal boxes falling down in a domino run. Red Cedar Elementary School beat the record of 3,416 to knocking down 3,730. They did this by setting up more than 6,000 boxes. Two witnesses from the Guinness World Records were there at the time to verify the record. The cereal boxes will now be donated to Bluffton Self Help and a short story or handwritten note by a student will be attached to the boxes.
