Article content The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority and a few partners have broken ground on a new parcel of land in Cedar Springs that will be restored to forest and wetlands. Glenn Seed Ltd., Ridge Landfill Community Trust, Forests Ontario and Engie have joined with the conservation authority to transform the current site at Orchard Farm into 5.7 hectares of forest and 0.8 hectares of wetlands.
