Mackenzie Ellis, 33, charged with forcible rape at Bath resi

CRIME:
Mullen said the victim came to the Bath Village Police Department Tuesday shortly after the alleged incident, reported the crime, and Ellis was arrested the following day.  
It's unclear when Ellis will appear in Steuben County Court on the charges due to courts being shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic.
