She's undergone a dramatic physical transformation since her first stint on Married At First Sight in 2019. 
And Elizabeth Sobinoff, 30, shocked Instagram fans with her latest new look on Thursday as she uploaded a video of herself looking completely unrecognisable. 
Sitting on the couch next to a female pal, the former jewellery store manager sported a pair of comically large lips and puffy cheeks, thanks to an Instagram filter that distorted her facial features.
