Mahakumbh fake-testing scam: Two months on, probe report sub

Almost two months after the RT-PCR testing scam during the Mahakumbh in Haridwar surfaced, an investigation report was been submitted to Haridwar District Magistrate Vinay Shankar Pandey on Sunday.
