Daily Sun learnt that Mahmudullah made the announcement during the third day's play of the one-off Test against Zimbabwe in Harare. Mahmudullah was recalled to Bangladesh Test squad for one-off game in Zimbabwe after a gap of 17 months. Mahmudullah made a grand comeback making unbeaten 150 runs and stitched two crucial partnerships with Liton Kumar Das and Taskin Ahmed. Mahmudullah put up a 138-run stand with Liton (95) in the seventh wicket to bring Bangladesh back in the match while he added 191-run ninth-wicket partnership with Taskin (75) to help the tourist post a challenging total on the board.
