Mahua Moitra: Trinamool Congress leaders quiet on 'cash for query' allegations

The Trinamool Congress leadership in Bengal has chosen to remain silent on allegations of their party MP Mahua Moitra's involvement in the "cash for query" issue. Some members of the party have called it "political vendetta" and believe that the law will take its own course as Moitra has already filed a defamation case. Moitra herself has criticized the chairman of the Ethics Committee and stated that she is willing to answer any questions from the CBI and Ethics Committee, but has no interest in engaging with the media circus or responding to BJP trolls.
