Maiden Man Charged With Firearm Offense, Failure To Appear Toney Ray Jones Maiden Man Charged With Firearm Offense, Failure To Appear February 19, 2021 35-year-old Toney Ray Jones of Maiden Highway in Maiden was arrested Thursday (February 18) by Maiden Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon. In addition, Jones is charged with failure to appear on counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Jones was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $12,000 bond. District Court dates were scheduled today (February 19) and March 1.
