Emergency services remain at the scene to monitor the area but there have been no reports of any casualties. The blaze happened at a grain storage facility in the R&H Hall at the Deepwater Berth this morning. The 'Port Emergency Plan' was activated after reports of the fire first emerged at around 8.45am this morning. Images on social media showed a large cloud of smoke and tall flames rising from the building.
