A man initially arrested for robbing a woman of her mobile phone was found carrying P17,000 worth of shabu in Taguig City on Jan. 16. According to the police, the robbery hold-up happened along C5 Service Road near Heritage Park in Barangay Pinagsama, Taguig at 9:25 p.m.
