Man arrested for throwing acid into ex's face - English : vi

A 24-year-old Italian man was arrested at Erba near Como Tuesday for throwing acid into his ex-girlfriend's face. The attack took place in the industrial zone of the town, police said. The woman was taken to hospital with hydrochloric acid burns, in code yellow. © ANSA
