Officials with the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy initiated a traffic stop on Main Street in the Village of Avoca around 4 p.m. According to a news release, 48-year-old Curtis Salisbury was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense OWI, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound convert, produce or store methamphetamine following the traffic stop.
