Man Caught On Camera Attempting Break-In At Animal Rescue Foundation Of Tulsa The Animal Rescue Foundation of Tulsa is making repairs after an attempted break-in at the adoption center. Volunteers at Animal Rescue Foundation say it's unsettling someone would do this and the money to repair the damage could be spent helping animals in need. "Our ring camera alerted us that there was something going on in the backyard," said ARF Board Vice President Christine Po. Po said a man tried to push in the doors and ending up breaking the lock but couldn't get into the building. He smashed windows and punched a hole in the side of the storage shed.
