Hudson County Superior Court Judge Joseph Isabella adjourned Tuesday’s until today after a corrections officer said Jeremy Perez, 22, of Jersey City, would not appear for the livestreamed hearing. The judge had less patience 48 hours later and proceeded with the hearing without Perez.
