By Casey Nelson Jun 30, 2021 | 4:53 PM GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â The man accused of robbing a Green Bay drugstore at gunpoint told police he did it because he had a drug and alcohol problem, prosecutors say. Sifredo Ernesto Gomez, 29, is charged with armed robbery, intimidation of a victim and bail jumping, all as a repeat offender. Police say just before 2:30 a.m. Monday, they were called to Walgreens, 116 N. Military Ave., for a report of an armed robbery. The clerk told officers a man had walked into the store, pointed a gun at her and took money from the cash register. It was estimated $788 was missing.
