Joseph Mark Rongstad, of Watson, appeared Tuesday in Chippewa County District Court in Montevideo for a bail hearing on felony charges of burglary in the second degree and first-degree criminal damage to property. The court ordered bail set at $50,000 with conditions and $100,000 without conditions.
