Erwin L. Wilson is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 4 by Macomb County Circuit Judge Matthew Sabaugh after pleading no contest to embezzlement between $50,000 and $100,000 for loading hundreds of frozen fish from a Lipari Foods warehouse into a Cadillac Escalade that his former co-defendant was caught driving by police.
