Man fatally shot in Spring Valley News 12 Staff Updated on:Jun 01, 2021, 7:27am EDT A man was fatally shot in Spring Valley Monday night. Police say they responded just before 10 p.m. to the corner of Fred Hecht Drive and Rose Avenue. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police came from all over Rockland to assist with crowd control and in the hunt for the shooter. No arrests have been made, and the investigation continues.
