CHULA VISTA — A man pulled a gun and fired two shots into the air after being denied entry into the Chula Vista Brewery early Sunday, police said. About 13 minutes after midnight, a group of people arrived at the brewery near the intersection of Third Avenue and F Street but were denied entry by security because they were carrying drinks, said Chula Vista police Lt. David Oyos. Two men in the party got into an altercation with brewery security. One of the men pulled out a gun and fired two shots into the air. The men left the scene by time police arrived.
