22:35 EDT, 28 July 2021 A man is set to appear in court today on a murder charge following the death of a man after an alleged assault. Emergency services were called to Albert Harrower Crescent at South West Rocks in New South Wales' north coast just before 7pm on Wednesday after reports a man had been assaulted. A 61-year-old man was found located near the roadway with serious head injuries.
