Craig Harakh, 26, from Lambeth, was arrested on Saturday, July 18 after police officers who attended the scene of the stabbing at the Chertsey theme park around 4.30pm. He pleaded guilty to affray at Kingston Crown Court on Monday (January 11), while he was found not guilty of wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article. Surrey Police reported that he had since been sentenced to seven months in prison for the affray and four months for breaching a previous suspended sentence, resulting in a total sentence of 11 months.
