Man out on bail on firearms counts is charged with twice shooting into occupied home, authorities say Updated 8:09 AM; A 19-year-old Allentown man, who was out on bail on firearms charges, was arrested Thursday near his home in an investigation into gunshots fired into an occupied home on April 11 and 12 in the 1300 block of West Turner Street, city police and court records say. Robert Auguste, of the 1900 of West Tilghman Street, was arraigned before District Judge David Howells Jr. on two counts of carrying a firearm without a license, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and 14 counts of recklessly endangering another person, records show. He was housed in Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled 2:30 p.m. May 21 before District Judge Rashid Santiago, records show.
