PEMBROKE - An Akron man who had to be rescued from his car which split in half and landed in Murder Creek in October now faces felony DWI charges, Genesee County sheriffâs deputies said. Brent J. Graham, 32, of Sand Hill Road was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of more than 18 percent, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving and unreasonable speed. He also was charged with moving from a lane unsafely, operating without a court-ordered Interlock device because of a previous DWI conviction and operating in violation of restrictions. The charges came after an investigation into a crash Oct. 25.
