Updated: 13 May 2021, 8:22 GARDAI are investigating the discovery of a man’s body in Limerick city last night. The body was found in the Parnell Street area, close to Colbert Train Station at around 8pm yesterday. 1 Gardai rushed to the scene and administered CPR but the man sadly passed away. His body was removed to the morgue at University Hospital Limerick and the local Coronor has been notified. Gardai have said enquiries are ongoing at this time. A garda spokesperson said: "Gardai in Roxboro Road are investigating all the circumstances in relation to a incident of a man becoming unwell at Colbert station, at approximately 8p.m. last night Wednesday 12th May, 2021.
