A MAN spat at his ex-partner’s sister and later committed a ‘dirty protest’ in a police cell, a court heard.
Alexander West, 44, was at an address in Shaftesbury on Saturday, June 20, 2020 with his then partner’s family.
Prosecuting, Jason Spellman, told Weymouth Magistrates’ Court how family members were having a glass of wine and West asked if he could have a glass before going to a bedroom.
He then returned asking for another glass, but the victim declined and told him the wine was to be shared.
West claimed he was owed a bottle of wine by the victim’s mother, and went to the kitchen to retrieve one.
