Man stabbed at downtown Syracuse apartment building, police say Updated Mar 14, 2021; Facebook Share Syracuse, N.Y. — One man was stabbed and another was charged with assault after an incident Sunday morning at a downtown apartment building. Syracuse Police responded to a stabbing call about 5:11 a.m. Sunday at the Clinton Plaza Apartments, 550 S. Clinton St., according to Sgt. Matthew Malinowski. They found Charles Moore, 36, who had been stabbed in the neck. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Malinowski said. After investigating, police arrested Agustin Carrasquillo, 53, and charged him with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
