Man to resolve breach charges next week Poll Yes A 40-year-old Lethbridge man who is scheduled to be sentenced next year for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, is set to resolve breach charges next week in relation to the assault. Gary James Lippa’s matters were in Lethbridge provincial court Wednesday, where the accused’s lawyer requested an adjournment until Monday. Scott Hadford told court he plans to resolve the charges on that day. The charges — three counts of failing to comply with release orders — have been adjourned several times while Hadford dealt with Lippa’s sex-related charges in Court of Queen’s Bench.
