Man who drove against flow of traffic in Penang dies : vimar

BUTTERWORTH: The 43-year-old man who drove his car against the flow of traffic on April 14 has died due to injuries sustained in the accident.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the man passed away at the Seberang Jaya Hospital on Thursday (April 22) around 12.30am.
He added that the driver of the other car involved in the accident is still receiving treatment, while his three-year-old daughter has since been discharged. It is learnt that the 31-year-old wife of the driver succumbed to multiple organ damage on Saturday (April 17).
ACP Noorzainy said the post-mortem carried out at the hospital's forensic unit showed that the man died due to injuries and organ failure sustained in the accident.
