Manibusan indicted in Swamp Road killing Pacific Daily News Meno’s lifeless body was discovered by the side of Swamp Road on April 15. The medical examiner ruled that Meno died from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, according to police. The grand jury produced a true bill for two counts of murder as a first-degree felony and one count of aggravated assault as a second-degree felony, all with a special allegation for the possession or use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. Manibusan was also charged with the possession of a firearm without a firearms ID as a third-degree felony.
