Manipur: CSOs call 24-hour shutdown in Kangpokpi : vimarsana

CSOs have called for a 24-hour total shutdown in Kangpokpi district as a mark of protest against shortages of healthcare staff at District Hospital Kangpokpi with effect from July 26 midnight.
