Manipur launches National e-Vidhan app for paperless legisla

Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh launched the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) in the Manipur Assembly, making legislative activities paperless. NeVA aims to connect legislatures digitally, promoting e-democracy. Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh emphasized the benefits of a paperless House and the principle of One Nation, One Application.
